WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We ship worldwide. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING & HANDLING?

  • NEW! FREE US Shipping. 
  • $19.95 flat rate to Canada. USPS International First Class Mail. 
  • $29.95 flat rate to the rest of the world. International First Class Mail.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

All orders are packaged and shipped within 3 business days - generally sooner. 

HOW LONG IS ACTUAL SHIPPING TIME?

Domestic Priority Mail takes 1-3 days. International First Class Mail can take 7-21 days depending on destination. 

WILL MY ORDER BE TRACKED?

All domestic orders are sent out USPS Priority Mail and include a tracking number.

International orders are send via International First Class Mail and do not include a tracking number. 

DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE A CARD?

You have the following options:

1 -  a blank card out of the gift box (for you to fill out yourself.) This is a good option if the gift is being shipped to you. 

2 - a filled out card (we customize it with your desired text). This is a good option if the gift is being shipped directly to the recipient. 

IS GIFT WRAPPING/PACKAGING INCLUDED? 

All of our gift boxes come beautifully packaged to provide an unparalleled unboxing experience for the recipient. This is included with every order at no extra charge. 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

If we have made an error fulfilling your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will do our best to fix any mistake we have made. 

LOST PACKAGES

We ship all of our orders expeditiously and carefully and will take full responsibility for any mistakes we have made. However, we do not take responsibility for any mistakes entered in the shipping address.  We also have no control and can not take responsibility for any delays or other issues regarding USPS. If there are any delivery problems, please take your tracking number directly to your local post office branch and they will work with you to try and solve the problem. 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER? 

Although we do not currently have customizable options directly on our website, if you would like us to put together a unique and special order,  please contact us directly at hello@luxbabybox.com
